What do you need?
We provide all the specialist equipment you’ll need for your adventure, including a warm wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and helmet.
Please bring your swimwear, a towel, a pair of old trainers or water-friendly footwear, and any personal medication you may require.
Young adventurers are always welcome. Children can take part as long as they fit comfortably into our safety equipment, and all participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You don’t need to be a confident swimmer to join us, but you should feel comfortable being in deeper water. Rest assured, you’ll be equipped with a highly buoyant life jacket to keep you safely afloat throughout the activity.
